IndexEye is a professional forecasting service for commercial property indices. Each month, 2 year forecasts are provided to subscribers against a growing range of sector indices including IDP Monthly Pages, Insignia Richard Ellis and CB Hillier Parker.

PropertyForecasts

PropertyForecasts is a web-based service for consumers and property professionals which provides house price forecasts at postcode sector level. 12 month forecasts are provided free of charge, forecasts for up to 5 years are available for individual purchase or can be accessed to subscription holders.
