IndexEye is a subscription based forecasting service developed exclusively for professionals in the commercial property industry. IndexEye provides monthly 2 year forecasts of the indices published in the widely recognized IPD Monthly Pages.

Traditionally property professionals purchase indices to help with their decision-making. The extent to which that investment is helpful is highly dependent on how the data is viewed and applied.
